Pandolfi opened in June of 2011 at the bustling shopping and dining hub at the intersection of 50th and France in Edina, MN.  Look for the red lights and benches in the walkway between the middle parking lot and 50th St.  Our store is open year round, serving seasonal gelato, candy, and a fun variety of toys, accessories, jewlery, trinkets, etc....

Pandolfi is owned and operated by Jeanne Riha along with her husband Patrick and daughters Lilly and Elizabeth. You will often find one or all of them in the shop along with various family and friends, serving gelato, dispensing candy, and visiting with customers. 

"Pandolfi" is a family surname.  It was chosen by Jeanne to honor her Mother and Grandmother from whom she learned to appreciate good friends, good food, and good times.  From our family to yours - let's share the good stuff!
